Terms of Service

Welcome to Grindpoint. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Eligibility

Grindpoint is open to anyone aged 13 and above. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful
• You will not create more than one account per person
• You have not been previously banned from Grindpoint

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Grindpoint is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your password safe. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Earning Points

Points are awarded for completing tasks, watching ads, referring friends, daily login streaks, and other activities as described on the platform. The following rules apply:

• No cheating or automation: Using bots, scripts, VPNs to game tasks, or any automated means to earn points is strictly prohibited
• No fake referrals: Creating fake accounts to earn referral bonuses is fraud and will result in an immediate ban
• No multiple accounts: One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be merged or deleted and points forfeited
• Accurate submissions: Task proofs must be genuine. Submitting false or fabricated proof will result in rejection and may lead to account suspension

Grindpoint reserves the right to review any task completion and withhold or reverse points if fraud or abuse is detected.

4. Points & Redemption

• Points have no cash value until redeemed through the approved redemption process
• The current conversion rate is 1,000 points = ₦200. This rate may change with 7 days notice
• Minimum redemption is 1,000 points
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days
• Airtime top-ups are processed within 1 hour
• Points are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused points do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may have their points reset to zero after prior notice

5. Referral Programme

You earn 500 points for every person who registers using your unique referral link. Referral points are awarded once the referred user completes registration. Referrals made through fake or duplicate accounts will not be rewarded and may result in account termination.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Grindpoint:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or impersonation of any kind
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Sharing your login credentials with others
• Using Grindpoint for any illegal purpose under Nigerian law
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Grindpoint staff
• Posting or submitting offensive, harmful, or illegal content as task proof

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Grindpoint reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• All pending points and redemptions are forfeited if termination is due to fraud or abuse
• If you choose to close your own account in good standing, any balance above the minimum redemption threshold will be paid out within 7 business days upon request

8. Advertisements

Grindpoint displays advertisements through Google AdSense and other advertising partners. These ads help us fund the rewards we pay to our users. By using the platform, you agree to the display of these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

9. Limitation of Liability

Grindpoint provides its services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of points due to technical errors beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Grindpoint after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
