Grindpoint is open to Nigerian residents who are 18 years of age or older. You need a valid email address, a Nigerian phone number, and a Nigerian bank account or mobile wallet to withdraw your earnings.

Click Get Started on the homepage. Fill in your full name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and a password. That's it — your account is ready immediately. No email verification delays.

Task rewards range from ₦120 to ₦600 depending on the type and complexity. Simpler tasks like streaming a song (₦120) pay less than premium tasks like signing up on a partner platform (₦600). New tasks with higher rewards are added regularly.

Task rewards are credited instantly after the verification countdown completes. If your wallet wasn't updated: (1) refresh your dashboard, (2) check your browser console for errors, (3) ensure your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists after refreshing, contact support@grindpoint.ng within 7 days with the task name and completion time.

No. Each task can only be completed once per account. Completed tasks are marked and greyed out in your task list. Attempting to complete a task again through workarounds or re-registration is a violation of our Terms and can result in account suspension.

Currently there are 12 tasks across 5 categories: Social, Video, Survey, App, and Review. We regularly add new tasks from brand partners and campaign managers. Follow our platform announcements to be notified when new high-paying tasks drop.

Go to your Referral page and copy your unique link. Share it with friends via WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media. When a friend registers using your link, you earn ₦200 instantly — credited directly to your wallet. Refer 10+ people to become a Hustler and earn ₦300 per referral. 50+ referrals unlocks Champion status at ₦500 per referral.

Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred person registers via your unique link (the URL must contain ?ref=YOUR_ID). If your friend registered without clicking your link, unfortunately the bonus cannot be applied retroactively. Make sure to share the full link — don't just share the website homepage.

Absolutely not. Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to fake unique users, or any other attempt to abuse the referral system is a serious violation of our Terms & Conditions. It will result in permanent suspension of all involved accounts and forfeiture of all balances, with no possibility of appeal.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000 (one thousand Naira). You must reach this balance before you can submit a withdrawal request. There is no maximum — you can withdraw your full available balance in one request.

Withdrawals are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM WAT) after submission. Requests made on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. See our full Payout Policy for details.

No. Grindpoint does not charge any withdrawal fee. The full amount you request is sent to your bank or wallet. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own standard receiving/transfer fees, but those are outside our control.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a secure reset link instantly. Check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. The link expires in 60 minutes.

Accounts are suspended for violations of our Terms & Conditions, including: creating multiple accounts, using automation tools to complete tasks, fraudulent referral activity, providing false information, or abusive behaviour. If you believe your suspension was in error, contact us at support@grindpoint.ng with the subject line "Account Suspension Appeal."

You can delete your account from your Profile settings page. Before deleting, make sure you've withdrawn any balance above ₦1,000 — balances below the minimum threshold at the time of deletion are forfeited. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
