These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grindpoint platform, including our website, services, and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Grindpoint Nigeria Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Payout Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you do not meet these requirements.
To access earning features, you must create an account by providing your full legal name, a valid email address, Nigerian phone number, state of residence, and a password. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Grindpoint account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@grindpoint.ng if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
We may require you to verify your phone number, email address, or identity (including BVN or NIN verification) before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete verification may result in delays or suspension of withdrawals.
You may use the Platform solely for its intended purpose: completing legitimate micro-tasks and earning Naira rewards in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Rewards are credited only for genuine, good-faith task completion. You must actually perform the required action (follow an account, watch a video, complete a survey, etc.) as described in the task instructions. Simulating, automating, or faking task completion is strictly prohibited.
Available tasks, reward amounts, and task requirements are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific task or reward level.
Some tasks include a short verification countdown before the reward is credited. This is a simulated verification step. In future platform versions, certain high-value tasks may require screenshot proof or additional verification at our discretion.
If you believe a reward was not correctly credited, contact our support team within 7 days of the task completion date. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
Each task may only be completed once per account. Attempting to complete the same task multiple times through workarounds, re-registration, or automation will result in account termination.
You earn a referral bonus when a new user registers using your unique referral link and creates a verified account. The referred user must be a new, unique individual — self-referrals or referring the same person multiple times will be disqualified.
Rates are subject to change. Changes apply to future referrals only and do not retroactively affect previously earned referral bonuses.
Any attempt to game the referral system — including creating fake accounts, using VPNs or emulators to simulate unique users, or colluding with others — will result in permanent account suspension and full balance forfeiture for all accounts involved.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users. Balances associated with terminated accounts for cause are forfeited.
You may delete your account at any time via your Profile settings. Upon account deletion, any remaining balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold (₦1,000) will be forfeited. Balances at or above the threshold must be withdrawn prior to deletion.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law.
All content on the Grindpoint Platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of Grindpoint Nigeria Limited and is protected by applicable Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Grindpoint Nigeria Limited shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount credited to your wallet in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grindpoint Nigeria Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and post the new Terms on this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email or in-platform announcement. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
